The script parses YouTube's search suggestions:
There are two main settings that you can fine-tune:
Parsing depth - the bigger number you pick, the more suggestions you will get. This setting indicates how many words the script needs to paste after each iteration. Example, with parsing depth set to "1" the script will only collect keywords that are shown after your original query. With parsing depth set to "2", the script will collect every query with a parsing depth "1" and will add keywords after each of those additionally.
Generators specify which characters should the script insert after each keyword string:
- a-z letters - the script will insert letters form a to z after each keyword string
- 0-9 - the script will insert numbers from 0 to 9 after each keyword string
Region and language
You can narrow your search criteria down to a specific region. If you are looking for results in, say, the Italian language, you need to pick "Italy" as your region.
The results can be viewed online or downloaded to your computer in Excel, CSV or JSON file formats.
